Issue Linking Lease to Asset Proposal and Asset in Fixed Assets (Finance Lease)

Hi everyone,

I’m working with the Fixed Assets module to set up a finance lease for vehicles, and I need NetSuite to calculate the Net Present Value (NPV) on a monthly basis for each contract.

Here’s the process I’m following, as shown in the NetSuite training material:

  1. I create the Lease record.
  2. I’m able to generate the initial journal entry without any issues.
  3. Then I try to link the Asset Proposal and the Asset to the lease.

The issue is that NetSuite does not link the Asset Proposal or the Asset to the Lease, even though I’m following the same steps shown in the training video.
