How to track pricing changes per customer and per item.

I want to know if it is possible to create a report, saved search, or analytics view that shows price changes per customer and per item.

Basically, the output I’m trying to achieve would look something like this: Customer X is associated with items A and B; item A’s current price is 10 and the previous price was 9, and the same applies to item B.
