Email auto-sent from Saved search for cases not appearing on the case record
I have set up a saved search to auto send email to teams in our company for cases . but the system email is sent but not appearing on the case record under the Communication tab. please can you share with me how to set this up in workflow- with condition if status is changed to closed, send email to several teams. Thank you
