how to enable drag and drop on customised case forms

Hi
I have customised a few of the case forms . but can't see the drag and drop box at the top right corner. How do we enable this feature. its not on the standard case form, either. its on sales order, PO, invoice, estimate , opp , journal etc . If this is not possible, what is the easiest way to drag and drop into the customised case form?
