Quantity allocated greater than available and on hand quantity,
Hello Everyone, I'm currently facing a situation where we see items with 0 on hand quantity and 0 available quantity still show as allocated to a specific demand source (Sales order). Why is it being allocated if there is no available quantity ? (not using future supply allocation).
I'm trying to run a manual "reallocation", but since the quantity is 0 it is not allowing to run that or recalculate allocation.
Appreciate the help.
