Report Builder for Unapplied Credits and Payments

Hi - I have created a report builder for Unapplied Credits and Payments. everything worked fine until the below issue showedup.
So, i was unable to filter out / remove / exclude Amount unapplied having Zero balances.
Is there a way i can achieve this and show only transactions having balances?
