Why is the reallocate screen not allocating anything?

Hi

I am trying to allocate stock on hand to a sales order by using the 'Reallocate' pop up on the sales order line

However, once I click on the 'Accept Recommendation and Reallocate', it does not do anything.

When I try to navigate away, it returns

Why would it not be acceping recommendations?
