how to remove the decimal points from the default "available" and "on hand" in sales order page

Hi, Gurus,

I have one challenge here: how can I create a custom field for Available and On Hand quantities to remove the decimal points?


For example, as shown in the screenshot, the default Available is 4,533.99999998 and the default On Hand is 4,575.99999998.


I tried using custom fields called Display Qty Available and Display On Hand, but they didn’t populate the correct On Hand values by item and by location on the Sales Order page.

Any ideas or suggestions will be appreciated. Thank you in advance
