Send marketing campaign email to a custom email field
I know I can’t use marketing campaigns with a custom email field and that campaigns only send to the main email address. The issue is that we use the main email for invoices, and some customers have asked to receive marketing emails at a different address. I created a custom field for this and was hoping there was a way to use it for marketing campaigns.
I did some searching and found that workflows can use the “Send Campaign Email” action.
Could someone please explain how to use this action or if it can work with a custom email field?
