Subject: Request to Add New Subsidiary to COA Accounts Without Removing Existing Subsidiaries

Hi friends ,

I need assistance with updating our Chart of Accounts (COA) in NetSuite OneWorld. The goal is to add a new subsidiary to certain accounts without removing the existing subsidiaries.

Example:

  • Account: 1234
  • Current subsidiaries: ABCD, XYZ
  • New subsidiary to add: LMN
  • Expected result after update: ABCD, XYZ, LMN

Currently, when I try to update via CSV, the existing subsidiaries get overwritten and only the new subsidiary remains.

Could you please advise on the best approach to safely append a new subsidiary to accounts without affecting existing subsidiaries?
