Smart Count

in Ask A Guru 9 comments

I am trying to count inventory using my WMS Smart Count. Inventory is in bins, and aisle's have been assigned. Aisle 01, 02, 03, 05 have been counted. The smart count populated inventory items when I used the WMS smart count. My problem is now on aisle 06 there are not any inventory items populated in my WMS Smart Count. I created a saved search and used the same criteria for 06 as I did for 01 through 05. Why won't my inventory items for 06, 07, 08 etc… aisles populate like they did for 01 through 05. I have approved all the counts for aisle's 01 through 05. Anybody got an answer? Thanks, Johnny
