Performance Issue

in Ask A Guru 8 comments

This week, we have experienced performance delays in editing/saving customer records, items and sales forms. The records are just spinning while trying to save. Also, I did a CSV Import to update 3 custom fields in 17K customer records, with Internal ID #s, but it is still running, 2 hours into it and it is still only at 52% completed. Does anyone know of performance issues going on across the platform or a way to fix this issue?
