SSO for Microsoft Entra guest users
We have an issue with the login in NetSuite for external users (Users outside my company's Microsoft tenant but with a guest invitation).
Tasks done on the Microsoft side as IdP:
- App created and metadata file imported from Netsuit.
- User group created and added (with guest and internal users).
- SSO tested with an internal user.
Tasks done on the Oracle NetSuite side:
- SSO enabled.
- Metadata from Microsoft uploaded.
- SAML SSO Login permissions added to the roles we are testing.
- The guest user is part of the SSO security group.
The problem is, when I try to use the SSO with a Microsoft guest user, all the security pop-ups for SSO login work and I can see all guest user logins as "Success" in the Microsoft Entra AD log.
