Saved Search or report which returns Inventory Status aging

Hello,

Would anyone know how to do an inventory status aging search/report?

Example

The warehouse received 10 widgets on Sept 25 and set the Inventory Status to Quarantine.

On Sept 27th, we would like a search or report that would tell us that inventory has been in Quarantine for 2 days.
