SuiteQL Query Not Returning Requested Data

We made this SuiteQL query at 2026-01-06T21:40:04Z:

select id from transaction where to_char(lastModifiedDate, 'yyyy-mm-dd hh:mi:ss')>'2026-01-05 21:37:07' and type='CustInvc' order by id

and received zero records.

However, an invoice was in fact modified and has a lastModifiedDate of 2026-01-06T21:38:03Z.

Why did SuiteQL not return that invoice?

How long does it take for modified records to become "visible" to SuiteQL?
