We are considering using Brevity / Send in Blue application for building marketing e-mails because they are easy to use. It appears NetSuite emails are either built with HTML or you can upload a HTML template. For any images in your email, you can’t just add the image to the email. The image has to be in a folder in NetSuite, and you point to it in the email. “ The NS process appears more cumbersome. Comments?”
