Invoice item–level payment visibility and email trigger for TAR items in NetSuite
Hello Team,
We are working on a NetSuite reporting and notification requirement related to TAR items within Item Groups on invoices.
Requirement:
- Identify TAR items (item name contains
.TAR) on invoices only when the payment for those items is completed. - Trigger an email notification when the payment is done, indicating that the paid amount relates to TAR items.
Current Setup:
- We have created an Invoice (Transaction) saved search that correctly lists TAR items where quantity is greater than zero. below I have attached screenshot
- TAR items are part of Item Groups on the invoice.
- We are working on a workflow to trigger an email when payment is received.
