SDF browser-based authentication fails in SB1 after sandbox refresh.

I completed all required SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF) setup steps successfully.
I am able to authenticate and deploy SDF projects without issues in SB3.

However, after SB1 was refreshed from Production, SDF authentication no longer works for SB1.

When attempting to authenticate using browser-based authentication via SuiteCloud CLI, the login window opens but ends with the following error:

“The authenticating process has been interrupted. You can close this window.”
