What permissions I need to access Transaction in Record Type in Workflow?

I am creating a new workflow and I need to choose transaction in record type drop down menu. Unfortunately, I do not see that option there. I think it has something to do with permissions that I do not have. Can you please let me know what permissions I need to access it?
