FAM - Asset Transfer - SSS_USAGE_LIMIT_EXCEEDED: Script Execution Usage Limit Exceeded

Hi all,
Getting error on Asset Transfer in the UI, SSS_USAGE_LIMIT_EXCEEDED: Script Execution Usage Limit Exceeded.

I see a comment thread from as recent as yesterday but the thread is closed for comments. It refers to SuiteAnswer Article 82811. But I don't see any article with that ID. If I click the link in the comment thread it takes me to an error page that the page does not exist.
