Board Member who is 1099 eligible also received reimbursements that are not 1099 eligible

Board Member who is 1099 eligible also received reimbursement for rental car and hotel. This is also showing up in the NEC compensation when we do not want it too. Anyway to get a specific vendors reimbursements not to be included even though the vendor and expense account are both 1099 eligible
