CSV Credit Memo Upload

Hi,

Our NetSuite account cannot import credit memo's via csv, returning the error message "Invalid entity reference key". It seems as if our account is not configured.

We have also tried to post negative invoices, but returned the error "total cannot be negative."

How can we change our NetSuite setup so that it allows csv imports? Are there any other recommendations that we can try?
