I am trying to create a Saved Search in NetSuite on Purchase Orders to analyze vendor activity.

Requirement:
I need to determine, for a given year:

• How many Purchase Orders are created for a vendor, and
• How many Vendor Bills are created against those Purchase Orders.

Example:

• Vendor: ABC
• Total Purchase Orders: 25
• Total Vendor Bills: 20

I am able to retrieve the Purchase Orders in the saved search, but I am unable to include or link the Vendor Bill details (such as the bill number) in the same search.

Could someone please guide me on how to include Vendor Bill information in a Purchase Order saved search, or suggest an alternative approach to achieve this requirement?
