Trying to upsert Opportunity record into Customer

Hello All,

I'm currently running into the following error when trying to upsert an Opportunity into NetSuite. I get the following error message:
NETSUITE_ERROR: Status was not successful with code UNEXPECTED_ERROR and message "An unexpected error occurred. Error ID: mkn4nkff1pt0j57clyqjl"

looking up the error yields no results. Any pointers greatly appreciated.
