Inventory Saved Search Help

Hi all, hoping you can help me with this.

The warehouse want to set up a field that is separate to Safety Stock Level which I have named Warehouse Buffer Stock (I forget the reasoning).

The trouble I'm having is to now show a report for when inventory falls below this Safety Stock Level but to also filter out certain bins.

How can I build a report to show this whilst also filtering out certain bins?

I started with this Item search and the criteria so that if {quantityavailable} < {custitem_buffer_stock} then it will show the item.

But now that they want to remove certain bins it gets tricky.
