Using Analytics to build a margin report
We use delivered pricing on sales & associate the delivery freight costs using a freight line item on the sales order that generates a PO to a freight vendor. We sell from inventory stock & also direct from vendor, so some sales orders have a second vendor PO associated with the material item. Usually there is only one material item per sales order. To calculate gross margin we need to account for both material cost of goods and freight costs. How can I build a dataset & workbook that includes both revenue & cost amounts in NetSuite Analytics
