Customer Balance - Do these figures look off?
Hi all, rather a vague ask, just seeing to expand my knowledge.
Do these Consolidated Current figures look off? Or how do they work?
I would have expected at first glance that the 1-90+ values would have totaled the Consolidated Current value.
Links to information or tutorials around understanding these various balance information fields would be greatly appreciated.
Currently accounting is saying they're wrong and they don't use them, but these are built in NetSuite fields are they not? So i'm just trying to gain a better understanding before I reach out to gain their understanding and resolve the issues they're having with this section.
