Lead Status Change to Prospect - from Direct Edit List

Hello Everyone,

We want to change the lead status to Prospect directly from the list view, without opening each lead individually.
However, the Status field does not provide the option for inline (direct) editing.

This option is enabled in another account.

What is the reason this option is not enabled, and what setup changes are required to enable it ( Both are production account & I am using admin access )
