NSPOS and SCIS differences in native point of sale integrations

Hello, we recently purchased SuiteCommerce InStore (SCIS), unaware that NetSuite Point of Sale existed (NSPOS). It looks like NSPOS has been around since 2022 and I was just looking to see what kind of experiences people have had using it since SCIS is noted to be end-of-life come 2029.

My main curiosities are about the major differences between NSPOS and SCIS as well as the struggles people have seen with both products. As well as is NSPOS compatible with SuiteTax?
