Budget lines cannot be deleted

Dear community experts,

we have downloaded and installed SuiteApp

Expense Commitments and Budget Validation.

The custom budget lines which are created, we cannot find a way to delete them. Is there anyone else facing this issue, or anyone who has solved this?

The reason we are using this app is for the customer to be able to check POs against budget, which is created per account but also per custom segment combination.
