How to pay first NetSuite invoice before configuration?
I received my first invoice from NetSuite for a new account. I reached out to Oracle NetSuite Collections (as instructed) to ask how to pay online by credit card. I was told the only way to do that is via NetSuite 360. But I have not even configured NetSuite yet. Suggestions? I called the call center and after being on hold nearly an hour, it said I would get a callback and dropped me. That was several days ago.
