Adding Bank Account Name to ACH - CCD/PPD Form
Hi Gurus,
I am trying to add the bank account name field that appears for the ABA Payment File format to the ACH - CCD/PPD file format form without success. Steps taken:
- Open an existing ACH-CCD/PPD bank details in the system in edit mode
- In upper right hand corner > customize> customize form
- Confirm show is selected for Bank Account Name
- Save & Edit
- Go to payments > setup > new. Confirm that Bank account name is still not shown
Field details below.
I also changed up the bank details name form to set ACH - CCD/PPD to the preferred form but it still defaults to ABA when you go to set up a new bank details.
