Two Issues Identified with Work Orders and GL Impact

Hi,

We are currently experiencing two separate issues related to work orders:

  1. Work Order Creation from Sales Order
    When a work order is created from a sales order, the Location information is not carried over. There are no issues with Department or Class, as those values are pulling across correctly.
  2. Work Order Completion – GL Impact
    Upon work order completion, we are seeing inconsistencies in the GL impact. Some GL lines have Department and State information populated, while other lines do not.

We have not encountered either of these issues previously for the same assembly, and both appear to have started only recently.
