Work Order Problem
Hello Community,
Anyone else having issues with special order work orders removing the location upon save of the work order?
Our process is:
Enter sales order, save
From the item line on the SO, click on the link to create work order
On the WO, enter the Bill of Materials & the revision automatically populates
As you can see from the first two screenshots below, the location is listed there but as soon as the user clicks save, the location is being REMOVED (see 3rd screenshot below). Any idea WHY?
