Where/how the DEPARTMENT comes from in Work Order Completion GL Impact tab?

In the past, while completing a Work Order, DEPARTMENT in GL Impact showed the same value with the corresponding Work Order Deaprtment. Recently, we added a new Account 6703-02 but found the DEPARTMENT is empty. Does anyone know why and how to check/resolve it?

Figue below shows the empty DEPARTMENT.
