Outsourced Manufacturing with special order items

I have a customer that sell branded clothing. They do not keep a lot of stock, and not all of their suppliers do branding.

So you might purchase both Jacket A and Branding from Supplier A or you could but Jacket B from Supplier B and Branding from Supplier C.

In scenario both scenarios the Jackets are special order items.

In scenario 2 we need to ask Supplier B to send Jacket B to Supplier C and Supplier C will manufacture the Branded Jacket B. Can I do this using Outsourced Manufacturing?
