Avatax calculation issues

Our Avatax-NetSuite integration was working fine, then a few weeks ago it wasn't calculating correctly - it was in Avlara but it wasn't pulling into NetSuite. Now NetSuite is no longer using Shipping addresses to calculate the nexus and tax and it is trying to calculate on Purchase orders and bills when it is not supposed to. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
