Unable to modify lease - Deactivate Payments error

Hi

When trying to modify a lease, I see Reverse Journal > Create Lease Journal buttons, then it loops back to the same button.

I can see in the FAM Process Status, when I reached out to NetSuite Support Case # 6781150 - they said that there is zero payments on the lease.

Where can I find this on the lease and how can I correct it?

Tried both Production and Sandbox - System information from Sandbox:

I saw a related post with steps on how to the same issue which I tried below, but I no results returned for (A), thus I cannot proceed further.
