Issues connecting to NetSuite in Spain

Hey Community,

Is anyone else having problems connecting to Netsuite from Spain? At our Spanish subsidiary, we use two internet providers, Orange and Sewan Spain, and recently we have been having problems connecting to NetSuite. The Spanish accountant connects to Netsuite, but after working for a short time, Netsuite crashes. After logging off and logging back in, it works again for a short time and then crashes again, until it stops working. Clearing the browser cache (tried Chrome, Edge, and Firefox) does not yield significant results, and status.netsuite.com does not report any problems. I happened to be in Spain two weeks ago,
