Applying Credit Memo Across Projects for the Same Customer in NetSuite?
Hello Everyone,
We have a customer: ABC.
There are two projects under this customer: PC1 and PC2.
An invoice (INV100) was created under Project PC1, and a credit memo (CM400) was created under Project PC2. The customer has now requested that we apply the credit memo to the invoice.
Could you please advise if it is possible in NetSuite to apply a credit memo created under one project to an invoice associated with another project for the same customer? If so, kindly guide us on the appropriate approach or best practice to handle this scenario.
Your guidance would be greatly appreciated.
