Remove EFT bank details from Bill Payment Form

I have been unsuccessful with removing the EFT bank details from the Bill Payment Form. First, I deselected showing the EFT tab. By doing that the EFT details moved to the Primary Information panel. I then focused on the role, and thought I removed all access to EFT information. Still was unsuccessful. Any advice would be much appreciated.
