Hello Team,
We have the following assembly items:
- Red Velvet Cake
- Batter
The Batter assembly item is included in the Red Velvet Cake BOM, where:
- 1 Cake = 1 kg of Batter
Current situation:
On Order: 1 Cake which required 1 kg of Batter
Planned Production: 1.5 kg of Batter (to allow for possible excess)
Actual Production: 1.3 kg of Batter
How can we properly monitor and track the difference between the required quantity, planned quantity, and actual production?
