NetSuite slow and hanging in Chrome
Hi. Over the past few months I have had multiple reports form users that they are having issues when access NetSuite in Google Chrome - issues include NetSuite pages failing to complete loading, drop down or other menus not working and errors or hangs when accessing and running reports.
We have tried the suggested trouble shooting steps of clearing the browser cache, using Incognito mode and performing a hard refresh, and I have even tried completely creating new Chrome user profiles, but none of that seems to fix the issue permanently.
Users that are using Microsoft Edge are not experiencing any of those issues, so it seems that there is something that Chrome handles differently to Edge that is causing the issues. Does anyone know of a permanent fix for the issues in Chrome?
