Allocations Details Report | Criteria Not Returning Accurate Results

Hello -

My revenue team has a report request for allocation details that are drilled down specifically to the details of open revenue arrangements with revenue recognition rules of Upon Fulfillment or Percent Complete.

No matter how I approach the criteria filters, I'm only getting the details that are RevRec Rule = Upon Fulfillment in the results.

I have tried adding parenthesis, I have tried combining the RevRec Rule criteria into a single line to include all indicated results, I have tried it broken into two lines as seen here, but I just can't seem to land the results.

Can someone take a look and let me know what I am missing?
