AP automation integration Australia

Hello,

We are currently looking into a 3rd party integration for AP automations in Australia, main items we are looking for a system to do:

  • send bills via email to a system and be able to capture the details/ supplier/ dates etc
  • Flag if there is a duplicate invoice being loaded
  • be able to change preset due dates on the invoice (posting date later than invoice date)
  • Set and change locations

Would appreciate any feedback on systems people use and the cost benefit to these systems.
