SCM Mobile App Attachment

On the SCM Mobile App - Create Inventory/Adjust Inventory, I created an 'Upload Image' but when I try to use the Mobile - App Attachment it shows > Invalid or Empty Source/Transaction ID.

This is the setup that I have for the 'Upload Image'

state:dataRecord:scriptParams:transactionInternalId - is this the correct Transaction State Path?
