Saving transaction shows error "already sent"
When attempting to save the transaction, the user encountered the error message like “Already sent,” even though the transaction was not saved.
After pressing the Back button and retrying the save operation, the transaction was saved successfully; however, it resulted in a duplicate record.
Is there a possibility other than a malfunction of keyboard or mis operation?
