Inactivate Lease records

Hi

Is it possible to inactivate a lease?

The inactive field is not available on the Lease record.

The reason for inactivating is because we need to recreate the lease since there's zero payments on the original, the system doesn't allow lease modification with zero payments.

Please advise.
