Intercompany Preferences Setup Feature

We have selected the below preferences and click "Save":

As you can observe in the screenshot below for some subsidiaries te "IC-" prefix is missing:

We tried to re-run the representing subsidiaries generation feature but the prefix is still missing.

Any ideas how to resolve this?
