Bulk outsource PO creation from work orders

We need to create an Outsourced POs for workorders in Bulk instead of creating one by one by clicking the Create PO link on the WO. We have an option to use a standard bulk page. However, there is no feasibility in selecting specific orders. Instead, it will create consolidated POs for all the WOs listed.
How can this be achieved? Please advise
